With the fold of the CISHL, we're at it again with a brand new Simulation Hockey League. Top Shelf Simulation will be run exactly like the BDSHL, same rules and format, with an inaugural draft headlining sometime in the next week or two. The league will be run by myself and Joe. I will be in charge of everything related to the sim, and Joe will be in charge of the website. For the inaugural draft, we will have 30 minute clocks, just like we did for BarDown, with 45 rounds total. Here's the website;

Here are a few things to note for the Inaugural Draft;
- 30 minute clocks
- 45 rounds total
- 15 player prospect limit
- Google Doc will contain 99% of players and prospects; docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1u7DtD3Sm-sIh7W2y9qlh6uv_8eSQFCEndyeegxF8wfQ/pubhtml
- Clocks run 9AM EST to midnight EST
- We will be asking for one form of contact, either via cellphone, facebook or email
- Forwards can play any position
- Every team MUST have 4 goalies
Here are a few things about the league;
- Keeper type league
- Yearly Relegation Draft; Teams who finish 1st-10th place will need to expose 13 players, teams who finish 11th-20th will expose 10, and teams who finish 21st-30th will expose 7 players
- Yearly Entry Draft containing 3 rounds
- Non-Salary league
- 45 roster spots
